Growing a Loving Church

Sunday School & Wednesday Night Activities Resume in September!

We are excited to announce that we will begin our Wednesday Night Supper and Bible Study on September 9.  Supper will be served from the kitchen window at 6pm and Bible Study at 7pm.  Tables will be arranged for safe social distancing.  Families are welcome to sit together.

Sunday School will resume Sunday, September 13 at 9:45am.  Many of our classes have relocated to larger spaces within the church in order to keep safe distances.  Check with your Sunday School teacher for your new location or check with one of the Deacons upon arrival.

Proper social distancing and proper cleaning and sanitizing of all surfaces will be practiced.

We look forward to seeing everyone!

Church Re-Opening:

Oakland Baptist opened it's doors again on Sunday, June 7.  We have taken all precautions to safeguard our church and comply to all social distancing requirements.  The sanctuary pews have been marked off to allow proper distance between all, face covering is required to enter the building and all surfaces are being sanitized.

Children of all ages are welcome in the worship service.

We look forward to seeing you next Sunday!

The financial responsibilities of the church continue unabated. You can still mail your tithes and offerings to: Oakland Baptist Church, PO Box 99, Gum Spring, VA 23065.
