Children's Consignment Sale

 
 
Our Fall/Winter Consignment Sale will be October 1 & 2, 2010!
You can now start entering items into our system. 
We have decided not to adopt the feature to transfer unsold items from old sales to the current sale.  All items will need to be re-entered. 
 
New Consignors - Read the tutorial & follow the step by step instructions to register. 
 
Returning consignors – login, and login as usual.

     You will be asked to register for the current sale. 
     This is a simple check box as your information is in our system already. 
 
ALL Consignors: Please review the terms & conditions of acceptance
     Specifically, we ask that you use safety pins to secure clothing and tags. 
     If safety pins are not used, we will not be able to accept that item until it is
     tagged & hung properly. 
     All of these requirements help our sale go smoothly, efficiently & will increase the
     opportunity of your item being sold.  
 
As a final reminder:
     Bring a printed a copy of your Inventory Report to your drop off appointment.
     You must check in with your report before you bring items into the church. 
     If you do not check in and/or bring your inventory sheet, your items cannot
     be accepted.

               Thursday, September 9 –Cut off for entering items at 11:59pm
               Friday, September 10 – Consignor Drop off 6:30 – 8:30pm
               Sunday, September 12 – Consignor Drop off 1:00 – 3:00pm
               Tuesday, September 28 – Consignor Preview Night #1 - 6:30 – 8:30pm
               Thursday, September 30 – Consignor Preview Night #2 – 6:30 – 8:30pm
               Friday, October 1 – Public Sale – 6:30 – 8:30pm
               Saturday, October 2 – Public Sale – 8am – 12:00pm; 1:00 – 3:00pm ½ price
               Saturday, October 9 – Consignment during Fall Festival
               Sunday, October 24 - Consignor Pick up day
               (Please note this is the ONLY pick up day; please plan to have your items
               picked up or donated)
 
Other Important Dates for OBC Members ONLY:
               Wednesday, September 8 – Rack Set up after Bible study
               Friday, September 24 – Set up 6:30 – until ?
               Sunday, September 26 – Final Set up 1:00pm
               Friday, October 15 - Resort Day
